Simon’s creativity extends beyond hair into fashion, interiors and photography, with broad influences helping to deliver the vision for Two by Simon Smith.
Maria:
Colour Specialist
Crowned ‘The Queen of colour’, Maria really does live up to her title!
Having worked globally as colour technician and educator, she’s built a hugely impressive knowledge and clientele over her decades in hairdressing.
Working with brands such as Wella & Davines on their education teams, it’s safe to say there’s nothing she doesn’t know about colour, and no challenge she doesn’t welcome to the salon!
Melissa:
Art Director (Stylist)
Melissa & Simon’s professional journey spans almost 20 years, with Melissa being one of Simon’s first trainee stylists. Since then she has built an impressive career in prestigious salons, where she has continuously refined her craft as well as earning industry recognition though competition accolades at a national level.
Known for her warm nature and attentive approach, Melissa takes the time to truly understand her clients’ individual style & needs, ensuring they leave her seat looking & feeling their very best.
Tanya:
Stylist & Senior Colourist
Having worked for years in Cayman Islands as a stylist and salon manager, we are excited to have Tanya on board with her creative, meticulous approach to colour.
Always studying to self-improve, no colour job is too big or small for her! Also passionate about curls, she’s your go-to for curly/wavy cuts, styling & care.
Tanya’s ethos is to stay educated, build trust and always give a five star service with a smile.
Gemma:
Colourist & Senior Stylist
Starting her career as salon receptionist, Gemma fell in love with hairdressing and started her training at Toni & Guy shortly after. She has worked independently, as well as in salons throughout Oxford, before joining us to further hone her skills in cutting and colour.
Gemma’s well known for ‘just getting it’ when it comes to your perfect cut aesthetic, keeping super calm and putting everyone at ease with her bubbly personality.
